Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a full time business development manager for Weald Packaging Supplies Ltd
- the role will be full-time based at our Buxted premises, with hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- weald Packaging Supplies is an independent family run company established in 1983
- we supply the food industry with a massive range of packaging, ingredients, and sundries across the UK
- our existing team of ten are friendly, professional, and committed to growing the business
- the company has seen a strong period of growth with a strategic vision for continued growth over the next 5 years
- this role is designed to be a challenging and rewarding opportunity to aid in the growth and development of our food packaging and sundries business
- we are looking for additional staff who can really add value and help make the business aims a reality
Requirements
- confident Telephone manner
- proficient in selling and building relationships
- A basic understanding of profit margins and how to structure a good deal for both our customers and our business operation
- good communicator
- highly organised
- good time management skills, able to manage workload and prioritise
- to be able to work independently and take initiative
