Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a full time Sales Support Administrator for Weald Packaging Supplies Ltd
- the role will be full-time based at our Buxted premises, with hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- weald Packaging Supplies is an independent family run company established in 1983
- we supply the food industry with a wide range of packaging, ingredients, and sundries across the UK
- our existing team of twelve are friendly, professional, and committed to growing the business
- the company has seen a strong period of growth with a strategic vision for continued growth over the next 5 years
- this role is designed to be a challenging and rewarding opportunity to aid the sales team in handling sales orders and enquiries to help further the growth and development of our food packaging and sundries business
- we are looking for additional staff who can really add value and help make the business aims a reality
Requirements
- experience following a structured sales process and compiling quotations and or proposals
- experience keeping key sales reporting information up to date accurately
- great phone manner and has experience connecting and selling on the phone
- experience in selling to and building relationships with procurement managers, purchasing assistant/managers or contract managers
- excellent relationship builder
- B2B Sales Support: 1 year
- 1-2 years + sales support experience in a B2B environment
- to be able to work independently and take initiative
