Requirements
- experience within a fast paced internal recruiter role preferably within a technical/engineering/construction sector
- experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates/vacancies
- experience of Direct sourcing as well as managing vacancies- understanding how to boolean search & headhunt on LinkedIn
- personality – Energy, confident & a team player
- high attention to detail- ability to read & amend Job Descriptions accordingly
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- ability to prioritise workload on a daily basis and work to strict deadlines
Responsibility
- advertising online vacancies internally and updating HR pages on the Company Intranet
- to act as the first point of contact for any recruitment queries across the Division, delivering an exceptional recruitment service to all team members
- develop and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies producing a Preferred Supplier List
- to conduct telephone interviews and arrange interviews with the Recruiting Manager, providing feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates
