Responsibility
deal with members on a day to day basis helping with customer queries related to equipment and exercise
take ownership of staff rotas to incorporate mornings, evenings and weekends as required to cover all the gym’s opening hours
undertake relevant administrative duties such as to taking memberships, cash handling, keeping accurate records and accessing control systems when required
actively look for ways to engage with our customers and improve our community feel
complete daily checks to ensure high health and safety standards within the gym including checking machines are fully operational and arranging necessary repairs
work alongside directors to update and implement company policies
set a high a standard cleanliness within the gym by utilising daily cleaning schedules and holding staff accountable for their completion
be responsible for facilitating cover of shifts in the event of sickness and holiday even if required to cover the shift yourself
