I honestly have tried but feel now I’m in twilight zone all text show your promises along with dates but I’m left with carpet I didn’t ask for but was happy to accept as I weren’t getting jack I totally understood there were problems but 6 weeks later I’ve got a carpet left with no edging bar because they were coming back!!
