you must hold the ability to manage and motivate a small team, including regular performance management, training, and appraisals

Responsibility
respond to and resolve any complaints within a minimal timescale
to make sure the buildings remain legally and statutory compliant with all inspections and repairs being completed within the specified timeframes
identify works that should be managed and ensure that a principal contractor is appointed to undertake all of the requirements
ensure that all building staff wages/fees are correct as per the scope of services
ensure that regular Risk Assessments are undertaken
follow all Viridis Real Estate HR procedures including absence, sickness, expense claims and performance reviews
conduct monthly one to one meeting with direct reports and complete performance management and reviews. Manage holiday and periods of absence
inform property surveyor immediately where tenant activity has the potential to breach occupational lease agreements

Requirements
degree level education
minimum 4 yr post qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
experience within the property industry and Microsoft Navision desirable but not essential

act as a primary liaison and problem-solver for The Board, managing day-to-day affairs and overseeing all outsourced relationships
represent The Board in meetings, coordinate communications, and manage workflows across service providers
prepare adhoc reports, monitor cash flow and liquidity, and liaise with investment advisers
coordinate personal tax return processes across jurisdictions
support the incorporation and administration of UK private companies and partnerships for succession and wealth preservation
maintain up-to-date records of wills, powers of attorney, and letters of wishes
liaise with legal, tax, and regulatory advisers globally to ensure compliance and best practice
work closely with property acquisition team
Requirements
STEP qualified
bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field
exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and written communication skills
proficiency in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments with discretion and attention to detail
