engage in proactive outreach, networking, and business development activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads
extensive experience in generating hard-core leads and closing substantial business contracts independently, strongly favoring long-term client relationships
create compelling and customized sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to effectively showcase our IT & Software services and value proposition
develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets/ strategies with proposed implementation plans in line with the Executive Management’s goal
collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and project managers, to craft comprehensive and competitive proposals
proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B business development, sales, or relevant roles within the IT & Software industry, with a focus on international markets, particularly the US, UK, EU, and MENA regions
candidates with existing business in hand will be given priority
willing to work on a flexible schedule as per the target market region time zone
Requirements
demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and accountability
outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven individual with a hunger for achieving and exceeding targets
exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client needs creatively
education from IT/ BCS can be advantageous but a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a must
long term job contract purely depends on the achievement of monthly sales targets

in-depth knowledge of the IT & Software industry, including software development, web applications, mobile solutions, digital marketing, cloud services, and emerging technologies
