  • we operate 40 hours a week and Saturday morning
  • we currently have 2 vacancies available. It is preferable for candidates to have experience with Mercedes Star, Delphi and Heller Guttman diagnostic systems

technician

Responsibility

  • conducting on-site repairs to fleets of vans at depots in the South area
  • conducting on-site repairs to fleets of vans at depots in the Leeds area
  • handling repairs on Paneltex and Solomon bodies installed on Mercedes Sprinter vans
  • carrying out services and service repair work on Mercedes & Ford vans
  • providing excellent customer service during customer calls and on-site interactions
  • working independently and proactively to address repair needs
  • utilising company-provided equipment including a fleet support vehicle, company phone, riveter, grinder, and tablet

Requirements

  • level 2 or above Light Commercial Maintenance certification or equivalent
  • full UK Driving License
  • ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • strong customer service skills with experience in customer calls and on-site communication
  • flexible availability to accommodate out-of-hours work
  • mechanical knowledge: 4 years
