Responsibility
conducting on-site repairs to fleets of vans at depots in the South area
conducting on-site repairs to fleets of vans at depots in the Leeds area
handling repairs on Paneltex and Solomon bodies installed on Mercedes Sprinter vans
carrying out services and service repair work on Mercedes & Ford vans
providing excellent customer service during customer calls and on-site interactions
working independently and proactively to address repair needs
utilising company-provided equipment including a fleet support vehicle, company phone, riveter, grinder, and tablet
Requirements
level 2 or above Light Commercial Maintenance certification or equivalent
full UK Driving License
ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
strong customer service skills with experience in customer calls and on-site communication
flexible availability to accommodate out-of-hours work
mechanical knowledge: 4 years
