Requirements
- must have prior experience in stores/parts management
- preferred experience in the automotive sector, at a dealership or OEM
- parts Management: 1 year
Responsibility
- develop and enforce your own policies, procedures, and controls to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets deadlines
- foster and strengthen relationships with suppliers to ensure a great working relationship and reputation for Van Haven within the industry
- manage all aspects of the parts operation, including but not limited to third-party suppliers, inventory management, consumables, pre-picking, quality control, and stock-taking
- assist the Workshop Manager in implementing measures to improve the manufacturing efficiency process in the workshop and the body shop to improve capacity and output
- monitor and track the progress of all active builds whilst in the workshop and body shop and update the marketing and sales teams on progress throughout keeping all builds on track to meet customer deadlines
