Requirements
- proven experience as a florist or floral designer, with leadership experience
- strong knowledge of floral design techniques, flower varieties, and care procedures
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- creative flair and attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed
- formal training in floral design or horticulture is desired
Responsibility
- maintain adequate inventory levels of both horticulture and sundries to fulfil customer demand
- ensure that all orders are fulfilled in line with SLA’s
- ensure compliance with all legal requirements including health and safety, fire safety, fleet management and people policies
- create and arrange floral bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces, and other arrangements in line with company brand standards
- keep accurate records of inventory levels, purchases, and sales transactions
