Responsibility

• maintain adequate inventory levels of both horticulture and sundries to fulfil customer demand
• ensure that all orders are fulfilled in line with SLA’s
• ensure compliance with all legal requirements including health and safety, fire safety, fleet management and people policies

Requirements

• proven experience as a florist or floral designer, with leadership experience
• strong knowledge of floral design techniques, flower varieties, and care procedures
• excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
