  • experience working in a garden center or florist shop is preferred but not required

Responsibility


  • conduct initial consultations with clients, offering expert advice on floral options and styling themes
  • accurately price and source florals to ensure both quality and profitability
  • design and assemble bridal party florals, including bouquets, buttonholes, and centrepieces
  • lead on installations for weddings and events, bringing creative visions to life
  • collaborate closely with our stylist team on prep days and travel to venues for set-up across the north west
  • attending operations and creative team meetings
  • liaising with Floral Designers to proactively solve problems and ensure that communications are consistent
  • supporting florist teams with hands-on floristry work and site work
  • ensuring schedules are met and setting work pace
  • support buying during peak times
  • overseeing packing and loading of events

  • oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • manage and motivate our team of florists and assistant to deliver beautiful displays
  • coordinate and execute weekly contracts, events, weddings, and private home orders
  • inventory management, including flower ordering, studio equipment and sundries
  • manage the general maintenance and organisation of the studio
  • quality control of all designs and presentation for all projects
  • train and develop new team members in floral design and customer service
  • maintaining a vital communication link between the office/administration team and the creative studio team
