Responsibility


  • attending operations and creative team meetings
  • liaising with Floral Designers to proactively solve problems and ensure that communications are consistent
  • supporting florist teams with hands-on floristry work and site work
  • ensuring schedules are met and setting work pace
  • support buying during peak times
  • overseeing packing and loading of events

  • create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements for weddings, events, masterclasses and everyday occasions
  • assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
  • arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers
  • ensure that all floral arrangements are properly cared for and maintained
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • keep work area clean and organised
  • maintain adequate inventory levels of both horticulture and sundries to fulfil customer demand
  • ensure that all orders are fulfilled in line with SLA’s
  • ensure compliance with all legal requirements including health and safety, fire safety, fleet management and people policies
