- facilitation of Trust wide meetings
- manage high level client and collaborator events
- managing the register of Trust policies and processes
- management of Sharepoint
- to run the office efficiently to include being the key point of contact with office service providers including the premises landlord, office equipment and sundry suppliers
- responsible for office related communications
- coordination of board/trustee meetings
Requirements
- significant experience in a similar role, ideally in the built environment
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proven administration and organisational skills
- ability to manage complex scheduling
- adept at working with key stakeholders at all levels
- ability to convey complex/detailed information in a concise and comprehensible manner
- strong attention to detail
- experience of both SharePoint and In-Design an advantage
