French bulldog candle purchased as a Christmas gift. When unboxed on Xmas day, it was found to be broken. Notified them immediately, did not receive a response until the new year and was told it was my problem as apparently their policy is unless you notify within 24hrs of delivery they aren't interested. Not only is this totally illegal it's quite frankly shocking customer service. Don't bother ordering unless you want a broken overpriced candle, as they aren't interested in providing any level of customer service, whether it's Christmas time or not. AVOID.
They really said about 24 hours? That's not really common nowadays and I'm not sure if that's even legal... So you are left with a broken item right now?
