- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up staircases comfortably

Responsibility
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down all surfaces
- welcome guests to the property in the evenings
- be on call for any late checkins and issues
- perform routine laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding of linen and towels
- ensure that all safety equipment is up to date
- ensure that all equipment is in proper working order
- keep the work space clean and organized
- clean and turnaround rooms as they become vacant
