Responsibility
- prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation and service areas
- operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- assist in food preparation tasks as needed
Requirements
- previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating change
- knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of customers
- ability to work well in a team environment and provide support where needed
