Responsibility
- under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Manager, assist to lead and manage the Food & Beverage Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day Restaurant and Bar operations, including the Espresso Bar, and for maximizing member/guest satisfaction and food and beverage profitability to meet business demands
- the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage team to ensure that members and guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality within the Club’s Food and Beverage outlets
- you must have a thorough knowledge of the computerized and manual Food & Beverage reservations and keep all members of staff informed of any relevant details
- ensure that all staff have been trained and briefed before each service about menus, wines and special offers and their allocated tasks
- utilizes leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction, Co-ordinate the general housekeeping of the Food and Beverage different outlets
