• as a Support Worker, you will provide personal care, emotional support, and practical assistance to individuals who require additional support due to Learning Difficulties and/or Autism with behaviours that challenge
• supporting and maintaining the successful implementation of support plans/other documentation around the service user
• to follow a house rota in relation to household tasks
• key responsibilities include supporting individuals with daily living activities and providing companionship and social support. You will also be responsible for helping individuals with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• the ideal candidate will strongly desire to help others and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Previous experience in a similar role is required
