Responsibility
- products are manufactured and packed to the highest standard and quality is maintained through the production process
- hands-on daily production and allocation of work
- compliance with quality, procedures, company standards and specifications, identifying and initiating controls as required to manufacturer a quality product
- review efficiency and productivity assessing how improvements can be made
- accurate completion, in real time, of all relevant paperwork and database records necessary to maintain the Quality Management System
- carry out training within agreed timescales, ensuring all staff are trained to undertake the job they are asked to do
- daily monitoring of work area to ensure paperwork is fully completed at the relevant stage of processing
- lead, motivate and develop operatives to ensure they achieve their goals, targets and work together as a team, creating a positive food safety and quality culture
