Responsibility
- raise the profile and voice of H.U.M.A.N
- support the Director with general administration tasks, proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
- monitor our email accounts and answer queries on behalf of the Director
- manage team of interns/volunteers, including advertising, hiring, inducting and training when necessary, and maintain motivation
- participate in Developing and writing funding proposals from different funding streams to secure funds for H.U.M.A.N. projects
- researching and advising on diversity and inclusion issues and creating/contributing to the delivery of programmes, and all associated tasks
- coordinating activities with partners, reviewing financial and narrative reports, grant management and keeping up-to-date records of project activities

- Clear DBS
- Must be a resident in Birmingham
- bachelor's degree or equivalent lived experience in Diversity & Inclusion · Ability to support dyslexic needs and other intersectionality’s
- Must be driver and have access to a car
