- supervise site operatives and oversee day-to-day site operations
- ensure that work is conducted in accordance with agreed-upon methods and methodologies outlined in site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- ensure thorough understanding, adherence to, and communication of the company's management systems and processes to the site team
- maintain accurate site diaries documenting site conditions, progress, and available resources against agreed-upon programs
- champion material sustainability practices to minimize waste generation
- develop work plans and allocate resources to fulfil contract requirements and uphold agreed-upon work schedules
- monitor the delivery of plant and materials to ensure compliance with delivery specifications
- efficiently allocate and monitor the use of plant equipment and machinery, with special attention to optimizing external plant utilisation
Requirements
- possession of CCDO Gold Card, Red, or Black certification
- A valid UK driving license
- minimum 5 years of experience in demolition operations
- flexible working schedule, Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed
- demolition: 4 years
