• control staff access and egress, maintaining accurate logs of contractors, visitors and agency staff
• identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
• monitoring of access control and CCTV system to maintain a secure facility

• complete incident reports and required documentation for all security related activities
• complete searches of persons, vehicles and property to ensure compliance with site security policies to reduce theft
• ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing site
• meet and greet visitors and manage the gatehouse environment
• respond to incidents and emergencies according to agreed standards
• patrolling of warehouse shop floor
• the candidate must perform the role within Health and Safety regulations and be responsible for their own health and safety as well as colleagues and visitors to site
