Requirements
- deliver savings to bottom line from focused procurement to Group Agreements, pooling of requirements, advance procurement planning and vendor negotiation
- determine methods of acquisition and prepare procurement orders and specifications
- CIPS qualifications
- ensure that goods and services are procured only from approved sources in accordance with Supplier Selection and Approval Procedure
- driven self-starter
- request documented proposals or quotes and record bid information including vendor price, delivery and terms and conditions
- effective team player
- carry out analysis and prepare comparison matric to demonstrate overall effectiveness prior to contract award carry out analysis and prepare
