payroll specialist
Working hours

Responsibility
- the practice provides clients with year-end accounts, tax compliance & advisory, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and payroll services
- you will have the opportunity to support clients with payroll
- processing payroll and auto enrolment on behalf of clients
- liaise with HMRC and submit Real Time information reports electronically
- RTI, BACs, P60s, CIS payments
- excellent opportunity for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a fast growing and fantastic independent, certified chartered accountancy practice based in Croydon on a full time basis
- manage and mentor the payroll team which consists of two more junior colleagues
- the firm has a modern style and approach and a well-earned reputation as a leading advisor to SME owner managed businesses across the country
Requirements
- this is a senior position, so it is essential that you have extensive experience supporting clients with their payroll needs
- you will be working in an accountancy practice, or will have recent experience supporting a high volume of different clients
- you will have experience supporting / managing more junior colleagues as this role will have managerial responsibilities from the outset
