An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our accounts department as an Accounts Administrator.You will be a crucial part of the team ensuring TOTAL efficiency in our growing company.Our Accounts team work hard to ensure the accuracy of customer and supplier invoices. You will have experience of all aspects of Purchase ledger, including the processing of supplier payments and reconciliation of ledger(s) at month end.Your previous experience of the Microsoft suite of software and Sage Accounts will be essential to your success in the role.Duties and responsibilities:- Administration for the both the Sales and Purchase Ledgers, including creation of customer invoices and inputting supplier invoices onto the system- Statement reconciliation and closing ledgers for month end- Processing supplier payments- Reconciliation of customer bank/ credit card statements whilst working closely with customer and suppliers- Handling queries, and setting up payment methods- Provide VAT invoices to customers when required- Assisting with daily bank reconciliations- Support staff & customers on payment enquiriesWe are pleased to say this is a part time (30 hours per week) permanent position occupying the hours of 9:30am to 4pm on Monday to Friday with 31 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)As a company we offer a competitive salary based upon experience.This Company is an equal opportunities employer.With our guidance and training, and your hard work and determination you will have the opportunity to progress within the organisation.Job Types: Permanent, Part-timePart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: From £16,256.47 per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:
