you will be responsible for inspecting the building including heating, cooling, lighting, and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order and perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone
you will also oversee the work of contractors for major repairs, inspect equipment and monitor cleaning materials and tools, requesting reordering as required
