  • we are looking for a candidate who has experience of working as a Warehouse Team Leader or in a similar role. You will have a responsible, positive, and proactive approach to work and a commitment to providing excellent service
  • the successful applicant will be someone who can support the effective and efficient organisation of incoming stock, and for the on-time and accurate despatch of stock to stores
  • you will work closely with the Site Operations Supervisor and other Team Leaders to deploy staff effectively according to operational need to enable the warehouse to meet and exceed KPI's

  • the successful applicant will be someone who can ensure that the general maintenance of the buildings is performed to a high and safe standard
  • you will be responsible for inspecting the building including heating, cooling, lighting, and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order and perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone
  • you will also oversee the work of contractors for major repairs, inspect equipment and monitor cleaning materials and tools, requesting reordering as required

  • to help and assist to manage store stock packages by allocating store minimums
  • to help and assist to check store communications and actioning any issues raised
  • to help and assist to liaise with stores on stock levels, customer requests etc. often via phone or through Teams
  • to help and assist update sales reports every Monday and issue to appropriate individuals
  • to help and assist update key reports to ensure information is managed effectively
  • to help and assist to resolve any feedback on negative stock issues
