Responsibility
- monitoring learner feedback, discussing with the trainer, updating trainer record and where necessary making the Quality & Compliance Director aware
- updating and verifying new trainer qualifications and CPD records
- checking all weekly registers and uploading to the course
- daily contact and support with training team
- working with the Training Manager to ensure we have a team of motivated and ‘fit to train’ trainers to match course demand
- assigning trainers to courses ensuring that they have the necessary qualifications and information to deliver the course in line with our quality policy
Requirements
- A background or strong interest in First Aid would be ideal
