• assist with the preparation and ongoing maintenance of marketing materials, and Business Development initiatives
• responding promptly and accurately to correspondence and telephone enquiries from clients and other parties
• day to day assistance for the team

• general legal and admin support including typing will be required
• support qualified fee earners by filing documents and correspondence accurately and in a timely manner ensuring that there is no backlog
• duties will include managing a caseload, filing, document management, drafting letters and correspondence, preparing bundles and carrying out research

• you will be assisting senior fee earners with a large case load of Family Law matters
• sending contract and contract pack to buyer's solicitor

Requirements

• salary is in the region of 19,000 - 24,000, depending on experience together with excellent benefits
