  • as an Employer Engagement Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop, implement and deliver an Employer Engagement strategy for Greater Lincolnshire, with a particular focus on expanding opportunities and job openings in the Digital sector

Responsibility

  • develop, implement, and execute an innovative employer engagement strategy, supported by senior management and marketing resources
  • build strong, professional relationships with employers to promote the recruitment of learners from Skills Bootcamps or the upskilling of their staff
  • meet and exceed key performance indicators related to engagement, outcomes, and learner support
  • deliver targeted employment support sessions for Skills Bootcamp learners
  • work collaboratively with the marketing department to create impactful campaigns and utilise social media to strengthen outreach efforts
  • provide tailored guidance and employment support to learners, preparing them for sustainable and fulfilling careers
  • maintain detailed and compliant records using the Zoho CRM system to track progress and outcomes
  • represent the organisation at networking events, showcasing our services and building valuable professional connections
