- welcoming guests and visitors to the Wild Boar Inn
- taking reservations
- responding to guest requirements and requests
- set amongst the beauty of the ancient Gilpin Valley, it boasts an exceptional standard of service within exquisite traditional interiors and a warming, friendly atmosphere
- create an amazing hospitality experience for our guests, exceeding expectations
- liaising with team members in all other departments
Requirements
- previous Reception experience would be an advantage, ideally in a 4\* establishment
- passion for hospitality
- you will be working in a family run, friendly and supportive environment where we encourage you to reach your full potential
- flexible, and able to work shifts
- motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
- excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- experience of Opera, Micros, Book-a-table and other hospitality systems
- excellent personal appearance
