- oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control to ensure optimal levels of ingredients and supplies
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service

- as a Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, maintaining high standards of service, and leading a team of enthusiastic bartenders
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- schedule staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain efficient operations
- collaborate with the management team to organize events, promotions, and special functions
- train new team members and conduct regular staff meetings to promote team cohesion
- handle cash and payments accurately, reconciling the cash register at the end of each shift
- maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring equipment is properly maintained
- assist in the recruitment process for new bar staff when necessary
Requirements
- proven experience with at least two of supervisory or leadership experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
