Responsibility
- TLC is seeking a Recruiter to join our team
- this position will be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing the day-to-day recruiting process
- the ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources and recruitment, as well as the ability to build relationships with candidates and develop a strong understanding of the staffing industry
- conduct reference checks to ensure quality of new hires
- coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by Management
- screen candidates for hiring compliance with company policies and procedures
- conduct interviews to determine appropriate candidates for hiring
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- strong understanding of the staffing industry preferred
- excellent communication skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting and or human resources preferred
- recruiting: 2 years
