Responsibility
- an opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning team within the Wedding and Events Department
- this includes being aware of pricing structures in order to quote correctly
- you will need full knowledge of our packages and what they include
- stirk House specialises in planning hundreds of events each year, ranging from weddings, charity balls and dinner dances, to conferences, baby showers and birthday parties
- we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people plan their events. You must be friendly, confident and professional with proven administrative and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- you will be working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage your time, plan and prioritise your workload is essential
- although experience as a Wedding & Events Co-Ordinator is not essential, you must have previous relevant experience and be able to show you have the necessary transferable skills
- as part of the team you will be expected to build strong product knowledge in order to answer queries confidently and efficiently
Requirements
- proven administrative experience and skills
- experience working in a customer-facing role preferably in a similar environment
- friendly, professional and welcoming personality with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and external suppliers
- excellent organisational skills and time-management
- flexibility and willingness to work in other departments as and when required
- £21,233 - £24,000 pa dependent on age and experience
