Responsibility
you inspire your team to create memorable experiences for all our guests
you’ll report to the General Manager, with regular interaction with the Operations Manager and Owners
maintain our 1AA Rosettes
create, execute, and produce top-notch food with a constant eye on the highest quality standards, presentation, and flavour
ensure statutory compliance in all food related areas
you’ll be responsible for managing all day-to-day kitchen related activities for the property. Including but not limited to menu creation and delivery, wage control, margin control, recruitment and health and safety
you will keep well-organised store rooms and inventories that allow for smooth running kitchens
you hold yourself and others to a high level of professionalism and integrity, making key decisions based on what is best for the guest and the business overall
