Responsibility
- you inspire your team to create memorable experiences for all our guests
- you’ll report to the General Manager, with regular interaction with the Operations Manager and Owners
- maintain our 1AA Rosettes
- create, execute, and produce top-notch food with a constant eye on the highest quality standards, presentation, and flavour
- ensure statutory compliance in all food related areas
- you’ll be responsible for managing all day-to-day kitchen related activities for the property. Including but not limited to menu creation and delivery, wage control, margin control, recruitment and health and safety
- you will keep well-organised store rooms and inventories that allow for smooth running kitchens
- you hold yourself and others to a high level of professionalism and integrity, making key decisions based on what is best for the guest and the business overall
