Requirements
- you will support the processing of a monthly payroll for over 1000 staff
- alongside the regular payroll duties, you will support ‘iTime’ end users in using the system to generate accurate payroll data
- duties also include monitoring data input, liaising with HR teams, basic system and security changes and to maintain scheduled reports
- we have an exciting opportunity within our Head Office Payroll Team for a Payroll Officer who also acts as a Time & Attendance Database Administrator
- full training and support will be given
- as the role suggests this is a varied role and requires someone who is flexible, able to multi-task and comfortable working to deadlines
- alongside the regular Payroll Officer duties, the role includes day-to-day maintenance and end user support for the Group wide Time & Attendance system ‘iTime’
