Requirements
- review the operational needs of the RSE regularly and ensure business operations is aligned with, and complements, those needs. Evolve services, as and when required, to ensure the business needs continue to be fully supported
- manage and direct the people and culture services provided in house, working closely with the HR Advisor to ensure the people practices continue to be modern, fair, and inclusive
- manage the IT services and systems provided to the RSE, working closely with the IT team to identify and resolve any issues as they come up and evolving the services and systems as required
- work with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team to set the relevant budgets and then oversee/manage the associated business operations budgets, ensuring sound financial management
- ensure the Category A-listed RSE building is well maintained, taking cognisance of the age and importance of the building
