- the Norfolk Arms Hotel in Arundel is recruiting for a part–time Night Porter position
- ensuring our guests receive 24 hours service and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep is a vital part of the Norfolk Arms experience
- within this busy and varied role as Night Porter, you will be responsible for looking after the hotel safety and guest welfare at night
- duties include reception duties, checking in, checking out guests, conducting fire walks – working behind the bar and resolving guest requests and complaints in an efficient, friendly and competent manner
