Responsibility
- maintain the company’s health & safety systems and ensure continued vision and adherence throughout all areas of our operation
- provide support for the organisations management teams in all aspects of health & safety
- leading and promoting the company’s adherence to ISO9001 and ISO140001, taking appropriate action where necessary to maintain the company’s quality standards
- carry out risk and COSHH assessments including fire risk assessments, including annual reviews to documentation
- carry out new starter health & safety inductions throughout the company
- carry out accident or incident investigations, compile reports, carry out any follow up actions or monitoring and produce statistics
- provide active visible leadership for all health, safety, environmental and quality matters ensuring that the required standards are enforced throughout the company
- represent the organisation at meetings with clients or enforcement bodies at client’s premises or on site
