we operate, in the main, from our historic building and premises in North West London where we operate 7-days a week, all year round
we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee a wide range of fire safety, health and safety, maintenance and procurement needs and to proactively maintain a space where our teams can be productive and have all they need for their day-to-day work, for example by ensuring the building, amenities, our fleet, furniture, equipment, meeting rooms and storage meet the needs of Mayhew teams located in London
Requirements
to be comfortable working in a setting where dogs and cats live and are cared for
working knowledge of health and safety regulations
experience working in a facilities/estate management role
A professional, calm, approachable manner
to be able to work confidently and happily alone, with minimal supervision
A clean driving license and willingness to drive one of our animal ambulances from time to time
