Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- collating reports related to members, club performance and for annual general meetings
- responsible for providing all receipts for expenditure for functions, purchased items, invoices from tradesmen etc
- being responsible for all insurance policies, licenses and events as required
- attending regular meetings with Directors/grounds chairs and staff and act as club secretary within these forums
- completing regular inspections of the club and arrange minor works to be addressed, with competitive quotations for larger items of work to be carried out with the guidance of Directors
- this includes ensuring that the club public liability and employer liability insurances are displayed in a prominent position along with details of first aiders, fire evacuation procedures, health & safety policy statement and child welfare provision
- ensuring the maintenance, inspection, testing and certification of items such as fire alarms, first aid facilities and defibrillators are adhered to and up to date
- oversee the clubs’ employees - spanning administration, hospitality, and maintenance. This includes necessary line manager duties such as managing attendance, absence, holidays, and grievances

- as Office Manager, you will report into the member elected Directors and be accountable for supporting the future development of the club, through maintaining operational excellence, whilst also driving key projects forward
