- to run the office in the absence of the Manager as and when required
- inputting customer orders into Cybake and making any necessary delivery adjustments
- matching Delivery Notes with Invoicing within Cybake
- day to day filing of all documentation
- attend meetings when required
- undertake such duties as may reasonably be required by the Management team
- place orders with suppliers for all food ingredients and ensure their safe and accurate delivery and making any necessary delivery adjustments
