provide training and support to the kitchen team to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver top-quality cuisine. Monitor and control kitchen costs, including food waste and labor costs, to ensure that targets are met
work together with the owners/management team to build a long-term vision for the growth of the company with the opening of additional sites
Requirements
experienced chef, ideally in a busy events venue or high-end restaurant environment
excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
management experience or experience in a role as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef is preferred, but not essential. This role would equally suit someone looking to progress their career into a more senior role
excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation, as well as menu planning and design. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
