• A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
• we have 11 treatment rooms in the Spa so we you’ll be working closely as one team to ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience with us

Responsibility

• deal with customer queries, check-ins, check-outs, room changes etc
• allocating rooms and issuing keys
• preparation of bills and taking payments and pre-authorisations

• process the bar close, ensure the float has been made up
• to carry out the computerised night audit
• to monitor and react to all alarms, as well as acting as focus point in event of fire alarm
• to check and tidy all public areas. To include bars, lounges, coffee areas, toilets
• serving drinks and room service throughout the night, including any guests that may remain in the resident’s lounge after the bar area has been closed

Requirements

• previous experience as a hotel receptionist or night shifts is a plus
• knowledge of standard hotel procedures is a plus but training given on site

• meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area
• be the main point of contact for all in-house and external guests
• aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional manner

• work closely with other departments in order to manage, record and resolve promptly any customer issues
