Responsibility
- retail Shift Supervisor Starting at £12.50/hour
- oversee all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- ensure the store is clean, tidy, and always fully stocked
- supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- monitor stock levels and purchases to achieve monthly projections
- deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- inspect all areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- plan and oversee in-store promotional seasonal events/displays
Requirements
- proven experience within retail preferably food, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience
- experience with managing staff
- knowledge of retail management best practices
- outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- excellent organizing and leadership skills
- commercial awareness
- retail management: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
