Contract type
- oversee Installer / electrical contractors, ensuring terms, conditions, and deliverables are met in relation to service level agreements
- negotiate with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- monitor performance of contractors and service providers
Responsibility
- develop and present progress reports, key performance indicators , and budget updates in association with overall company KPIs
- ensure timely and efficient delivery / collections of products to / from either customer or contractor site
- be a super admin on the company SaaS inventory management and order software to effectively monitor and manage inventory
- monitor project progress, address risks, and implement corrective actions
- manage procurement on stock and project related products
- review and approve all stock and customer purchase orders
- maintain accurate overall stock and asset records, working with the warehouse team to conduct quarterly inventory checks as a minimum
- provide technical advice to customers, contractors, and other members of staff as appropriate
