- we are recruiting for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual to provide our customers with an excellent banquet experience
- working closely with the Events Operational Manager, you will liaise with the Chefs to meet customer expectations
- your duties will include controlling the cost and quality of services, preparing the venue, and coordinating the service of meals
- we are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Events Operations Manager to join our operational team at The Farmhouse at Redcoats Restaurant & Hotel
- recently renovated and awarded 2 AA Rosettes and AA 4 stars, the Farmhouse is a beautiful country house with 27 bedrooms, restaurant and wedding venue located in the countryside in North Hertfordshire between Hitchin and Stevenage
- to work closely with the Events operation manager to ensure the smooth & efficient running of all weddings & events
- to work with the operational team to ensure at every possible eventuality, the departments must use each other’s resources and help strive together to control all aspects of the business
- assisting with reporting and administrative controls where necessary
