Responsibility
- promote and sell parts to meet customer needs
- supply service technicians with parts as required
- maintain control of inventory management, invoicing and other admin tasks
- assist in keeping parts inventory clean, orderly and well organised
- re-stocking of parts stock & showroom display
Requirements
- ability to use standard computer applications and internet functions
- excellent customer relationship skills
- ability to work in a small team and be self-motivated
- familiar with John Deere products
- previous Parts department experience
- have used parts lookup systems / EPC’s
- first class customer service skills
- work under pressure and to deadlines
