Requirements
- minimum or working towards Level 3 qualification in catering
- minimum or working towards Level 3 qualification in Food Hygiene
- experience in menu planning
- experience in ordering and stock control
- experience in budget management
- understanding of special diets that may be needed in a care home setting
- demonstrable evidence of consistent excellence in quality of food production and presentation
- to always ensure the highest quality of catering including the taste, texture and presentation of all foods
