- working with current suppliers and looking to introduce new wines which reflect the Boat's current wine culture and philosophy
- the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a high end restaurant - Michelin / Rosette establishments would be very useful
- training the existing team in wine basics
- we want an individual who is determined, passionate and enthusiastic about wine, with the drive to continually improve our offering and look at new an innovative ways to develop this area
