- campaign Management - day-to-day campaign planning, creation and execution
- analytics - reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of LTV, CPA and ROI of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency
- ensuring KPIs are being met for each campaign
- commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data backed business cases for marketing investment to improve revenue and ROI
- brand Messaging - ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communications
- hands-on paid social campaign management including set-up, execution, and optimisation across a range of social platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc
Requirements
- at least 2-3 years proven working experience and tangible results in social media advertising
- ideally in-house experience working in beauty, fashion, e-commerce or FCMG industry on a digital marketing capacity
- solid working knowledge of analytics tools
- experienced in email marketing specifically with Klaviyo
- demonstrable experience providing strategy and implementation across organic and paid channels
- proven working experience and tangible results in PPC and SEO
- high level communication and organisational skills
- digital marketing: 3 years
