Responsibility

- this is a full time, permanent opportunity with great rates of pay depending on experience and fantastic company benefits
- administration duties are also included such as filing and answering customer calls
- this is a varied and busy role working with an excellent sales team
- this role requires you to work 9.30am - 5.30pm or 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, with the ability to be flexible when required
- as an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately processing and fulfilling orders in a timely manner
- enter order details into the company's database system
- verify inventory availability and coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfilment, Liaising with the manufacturing management for stock ordering, and production planning
Requirements
- previous experience in order processing or a similar role preferred
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs would be advantageous
