- cleartech Communications is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in calls, lines, broadbands, business phone systems and mobiles phones
- we are committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients and expanding our market presence
- conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule appointments for field sales representatives
- qualify leads and gather essential information to ensure our sales team's time is optimally utilized
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system
- collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and maximize conversion rates
- meet or exceed monthly appointment booking targets
- as part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking motivated Telemarketing Executive's to join our team and help our field sales representatives secure valuable appointments
Requirements
- previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- persuasive and persistent, with the ability to handle objections effectively
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools
- self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
